How to Make a Chinese School Budget
No matter how you look at it, to open a Chinese school need money to run properly.Lack of money, the Chinese schools simply do not work, no money to pay the costs. In fact, to get the necessary money, employees must know how much money is necessary to keep the school. Budget can be difficult to write, especially the number of things that must be considered. Read to find out how to successfully create a good school's budget.
Instructions
1
Start with personnel salaries. Include all administrative positions, as well as all support staff, from the janitors to the dietary workers. Don't forget ancillary positions, such as a school nurse or counselor. Add the salaries of every teacher and aid worker. Next, add insurance costs, sick and vacation pay, payroll taxes and other benefits.
2
Add contract labor costs. Most schools have security forces on campus, traffic directors, even football field grounds workers and grass cutters. Add the costs of all contract labor.
Factor in the cost of running the physical facility. Add the yearly utility costs and other normal day to day maintenance costs. This could include plumbing and electrical repair, painting, floor or ceiling repair.
4
Include the costs of supplies. Add up the cost of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, light bulbs, pails, buckets, and mops. Don't forget paper for copy machines, printer paper and all required forms that are needed to run a school.
5
Add the cost of machinery and equipment. Computers need to be replaced, overhead projectors and other teaching aids must be repaired or replaced yearly. Average this cost and include in your yearly budget. Even the school bells may need repair or replacement.
6
Sports equipment must be replaced or repaired. Add in the costs of basketballs, goals, footballs, soccer or any other sports equipment to be used within the school year. Don't forget band and other extra curricular clubs and activities.

How to Study Chinese Astrology
You can find out about personalities, lifestyles and emotions through the study of Chinese astrology. The Chinese believed that celestial bodies had an impact on what happens on earth and to humans. Astrologers looked to the stars and planets to predict the tides and seasons and determine when to plant and harvest. It will take time to discover how all the elements interact in Chinese astrology.
Instructions
1
Learn the Chinese zodiac. Recognize the 12 zodiac signs and the characteristics of each.
2
Know the 5 elements that form the universe. During the 60-year cycle, each of the zodiac animals is associated with the 5 elements.
Research the relationships among the 5 elements and their attributes when combined with the 12 zodiac animals.
4
Understand the Yin and Yang cycle. These are the 2 primary forces that work together to achieve balance. The Yin represents the female, negative, dark, soft and wet aspects of the world. The Yang stands for what is male, bright, positive, hard, and dry.
5
Recognize the 5 elements in their Yin and Yang form. Referred to as the 10 heavenly stems, they recorded the days in the Shang Dynasty. The stems were the names of the 10 suns in the Chinese calendar and used in counting systems.
6
Read books on Chinese astrology and go online to read articles. Some books to consider include "Chinese Astrology" by Man Ho Kwok, "Chinese Astrology: Plain and Simple" by Suzanne White, the "Chinese Astrology Kit" and the "Complete Guide to Chinese Astrology" by Derek Walters.
Tips & Warnings
In Chinese astrology, the signs progress yearly and not monthly as in Western astrology.
The Chinese zodiac depicts your position in a 60-year cycle that divides into 5 cycles of 12 years each. The 12 animal signs and the 5 elements equal the 60 years. Understand these elements as you begin your study of Chinese astrology.
Just as in Western astrology, Chinese astrology gives advice on which signs suit one another in romantic relationships and business partnerships.

Learn mandarin by read The Croods subtitles
Students want to study Chinese who love
movies. It is a good method which read actors’ lines. Last night I watched The
Croods movie with my friend. I love those dialogues from The Croods:
Guy: This is called a brain. I think that's
where ideas go.
Thunk: Dad, I don't have a brain.
Guy:zhèshì dànǎo wǒ xiǎnɡ hǎo zhǔyì dōu láizì zhèlǐ
这是 大脑 ,我 想 好 主意 都 来自 这里 。
Thunk: lǎo bà wǒ méiyǒu dànǎo
老
爸 ,我 没有 大脑 。
Eep: My name's Eep and this is my family(家- jiā), the
Croods. We never had the chance to explore the outside world because of my
dad's one rule:
Eep: Never leave the cave.
Grug: New is always bad. Never not be
afraid!
Eep: We never had a chance to explore the
outside world, but what we didn't know was that our world was about to
change."
Eep: wǒ jiào xiǎo yī zhèshì wǒ de jiārén ɡū lū zú wǒmen cónɡlái méiyǒu
我 叫 小 伊 , 这是 我 的 家人 ,咕 噜 族 , 我们 从来 没有
líkāi dònɡxué qù tànsuǒ shíjiàn yīnwei wǒ lǎo bà de ɡuīju
离开 洞穴 去 探索 实践 , 因为 我 老 爸 的 规矩 :
yǒnɡyuǎn bùzhǔn líkāi dònɡxué
永远 不准 离开 洞穴 。
"Guy: Belt, emergency idea generator
activate!"
"Grug: Never not be afraid."
"Thunk: You need a name, I think I'll
call you Douglas. Roll over Douglas."
Grug: xīnshìwù dōushì huài de yǒnɡyuǎn búyào bùdǒnɡ hàipà
新事物 都是 坏 的 , 永远 不要 不懂 害怕 。
Eep: wǒmen cónɡlái méiyǒu yíɡè tànsuǒ wàimiàn shìjiè de jīhuì suǒyǐ wǒmen
我们 从来 没有 一个 探索 外面 世界 的 机会 , 所以 我们
bùzhīdào wàimiàn de shìjiè shì zěnme ɡǎibiàn de
不知道 外面 的 世界 是 怎么 改变 的 。
The movie tells me be careful but keep
curious.
My friends ask me why do you come to Shanghai?
I said i really don't know why and i just did it one day past. When i find a
new,i just have a try. There are two results:one is good and another is bad,
50% and 50%. But if i give up and i will lose 50% good.
I choose one try.
Now you learn two mandarin words: fear--害怕hài pà =恐惧kǒnɡ jù
That means be afraid, fear, and scared. Grug said
never not be afraid in Chinese (mandarin)
yǒnɡ yuǎn bú yào bù dǒnɡ hài pà
永 远 不 要 不 懂 害 怕 。
In another words, sayings the same meaning:
shíkè bǎo chí jǐnɡ tì
时刻 保持 警惕.
Now you learn contrary to fear (害怕)- 警惕(jǐnɡ tì)-not be
scared.
